Silver earrings based on a pendant found in Old Uppsala.
It depicts either a Valkyrie or a goddess holding a giant horn. Valkyries are common in fairy tales and their name means “those who choose the spirits of the fallen”. They are not only associated with death and war but also with bringing the chosen fighters to Oden’s hall, Valhalla. Where the fighters meet with celebration and glory. In some versions they are described as divine, fighting female beings, but other times they are more like shields
