This medieval ring brooch is based on a detail from a statue in Bamberg Cathedral in Germany (Bavaria). The statue was not precisely dated when sculpted, but the model of the ring brooch appears to be typical of the 1200s.
Made of bronze.
Another variant is Br-52. It is thinner.
