shipping & returns

We want you, as our customer, to be satisfied when shopping with us. If you have any suggestions on how we can improve, please do not hesitate to contact us. If you have any specific requests, we will do our best to accommodate them.

When you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation from us. If you do not receive an email from us, your order may not have been completed, or our confirmation email may have ended up in your spam folder. So please check there before contacting us. If there is any issue with your order or if you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected].

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We ship worldwide, and delivery times vary depending on your location.

  • Processing time: normally 1–3 business days. During the summer, dispatch may take slightly longer if we are attending events.
  • Carrier: Postnord
  • Flat rates: the shipping cost is the same regardless of weight or size.

Shipping rates

  • Sweden: 39 SEK per order. Free shipping on orders over 499 SEK.
  • EU countries: 70 SEK per order.
  • Europe outside the EU: 135 SEK per order.
  • Worldwide: 200 SEK per order.

Due to current shipping and customs limitations, we are temporarily unable to ship orders to the United States. We hope to be back soon!


RETURNS

When shopping with us, you are entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with EU distance selling regulations.
Please contact us before returning any items: [email protected].
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Gift cards are non-refundable.

We do not refund the original shipping cost. If an exchange or replacement is needed, delivery times may vary depending on your location.


FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

We will, of course, replace any items that are defective or damaged. Please contact us before returning the product: [email protected].


BACKORDERS

If an item is out of stock, we reserve the right to backorder it or remove it from your order if delivery cannot be made within a reasonable time. Backordered items are always shipped free of charge.


PAYMENT METHODS

We accept:

  • All major credit cards
  • Swish & invoice via Klarna (Sweden)
  • MobilePay (Denmark & Finland)
  • Apple Pay
  • PayPal

All payments are securely processed through Stripe.


VAT & CUSTOMS

  • EU: Prices include 25% Swedish VAT.
  • Outside the EU: Swedish VAT is deducted at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes charged by their country.
  • Åland: Please select Åland as your country during checkout to ensure correct VAT handling.

For customers in the USANorway, and Åland, customs duties and import VAT will be charged by local authorities upon delivery.
