The inspiration for this belt buckle comes from a statue of Ulrich Busch, a German individual who passed away in 1458. The buckle was originally worn on his armor. The back is slightly carved to reduce weight, but it is still sturdy. It is suitable for a belt that is 23 mm wide.
The medieval strap end Se-24 is derived from the same statue and pairs very nicely.
