This strap end is based on a find from England, dating back to 1400-1450. A picture of the original and additional information can be found at this link.
It seems to be missing a part, so we relied on some other findings to make it typical for the period. See, for example, this and this.
It fits a belt approximately 20 mm wide. The buckle must be at least 25 mm wide at the opening for the belt end to be threaded through.
