This Thor’s Hammer pendant is inspired by larger finds from Öland and Östergötland. Thor, the god of thunder, was a protector of humanity and one of the most popular gods in Norse mythology. With his hammer, “Mjölnir,” he represented strength and protection against evil, symbolized by giants, trolls, and demons. Thor was known for bringing order out of chaos and was a significant figure in Norse belief.
