When you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation from us. If you do not receive an email from us, your order may not have been completed, or our confirmation email may have ended up in your spam folder. So please check there before contacting us. Shipping & Delivery Terms: Historiska Fynd ships worldwide, but delivery times vary depending on your location, of course.
Normally, we dispatch your order within 1-3 business days. If for any reason it takes longer, we will contact you. During the summer months, orders may take an extra day or two to dispatch as we may be attending events.
We ship via postal service. To make it as simple as possible for you to calculate the total price, we have chosen to use a flat rate regardless of weight or size.
Shipping cost within Sweden is 39 SEK per order. Free shipping on orders over 499 SEK.
To countries within the EU, the shipping fee is 70 SEK per order.
Shipping within Europe but outside the EU costs 95 SEK per order.
To countries outside the EU, the shipping fee is 200 SEK per order.
RETURNS
When you shop from our webshop, the right of withdrawal applies according to the distance and home sales act. The Distance Sales Act entitles you to cancel your purchase within 14 days. Contact us before returning an item at rinda@historiskafynd.se. You, as the customer, are responsible for the return shipping costs. Gift cards are not refundable.
To return your product, please email rinda@historiskafynd.se, and upon receiving a response, mail the products to:

You are responsible for the return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are returning expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS
Will be fully refunded or replaced, of course! Contact us before returning the item at rinda@historiskafynd.se.
OUT OF STOCK
If an item is out of stock, we reserve the right to backorder or cancel it from the order if delivery cannot be made within a reasonable time frame. We, of course, send backorders free of charge.
PAYMENT
Card Payment We have chosen Payson to allow you, as a customer, to make payments to us securely. We accept VISA, MasterCard, and Diners Club. No additional fee is charged for card payments. Payson’s online transfers are conducted according to banking standards with SSL technology and 128-bit encryption. No card details are stored with us.
VAT
25% VAT is included in the price for all countries within the EU’s VAT area. For customers in countries outside the EU’s VAT area, such as the USA, Norway, Åland, we deduct the Swedish VAT. Instead, the customer may be required to pay any customs duties and VAT in their respective country. For customers from Åland, it is necessary to register as residing in Åland, not Finland, when selecting the country for the technical process to function correctly.
