Viking penannular brooch Br-94

kr330.00

This highly detailed ring buckle is a reconstruction of an archaeological find from Atlingbo on Gotland.
The original  is today preserved at the Historical Museum in Stockholm. The buckle is perfect for closing the neckline of tunics and shirts made of linen or wool, and it is likely that this is how it was worn during its time. The original was made of bronze, as is our replica.
